HasDelivery marketplace
HasDelivery provides ordering, payment, delivery coordination, and related technology for participating halal-focused merchants and customers. Product availability, preparation, substitutions, and merchant operating hours can change.
Orders and pricing
The price shown at checkout is finalized by HasDelivery's server before payment. The current marketplace service fee is 12% of the item subtotal with a $4.99 minimum. Delivery starts at $7 and can be higher for longer merchant-to-area lanes. A minimum order applies and a specific delivery lane may require a higher minimum.
Eligible first-time customers receive up to $7 off the delivery fee on their first qualifying order automatically. The promotion does not reduce driver delivery pay and may be limited or withdrawn in cases of abuse.
Payments
HasDelivery uses Stripe to process payments. An order may first be authorized and then captured when the merchant confirms the order according to the applicable order flow. If an order is rejected or cancelled while eligible for cancellation, an authorization may be released or a captured payment may be refunded as appropriate.
Delivery
Available delivery windows are shown based on the merchant, customer address, service area, capacity, and operating conditions. Estimated windows are operational commitments we work to meet, but weather, traffic, merchant delays, safety issues, and other events can affect timing.
The delivery fee is paid to the driver under HasDelivery's current driver-pay policy. Optional tips are separate and are intended for the driver.
Cancellations, substitutions, and refunds
Cancellation options depend on the order's stage. Customers should use the cancellation option shown in the product or contact support when the option is no longer available. If an item is unavailable, the customer's selected substitution preference and merchant workflow govern how it is handled. Refund timing after HasDelivery initiates a refund can depend on the payment provider and bank.
Halal merchant standard
HasDelivery is designed for halal-focused commerce. Merchants are responsible for the accuracy of their products, descriptions, halal representations, pricing, and operational information, subject to HasDelivery's onboarding and review processes.
Merchant and driver applications
The HasDelivery Merchant and HasDelivery Driver apps are operational tools for approved accounts. Merchant and driver relationships may also be governed by separate onboarding terms, agreements, compliance requirements, and policies. These general Terms do not replace those role-specific agreements.
Acceptable use
Users may not abuse promotions, create fraudulent orders, interfere with the service, access another person's account, manipulate delivery or payment records, or use HasDelivery for unlawful activity. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, merchants, drivers, the platform, or legal compliance.
Support and changes
Product features, delivery areas, fees, and policies can change as HasDelivery grows. Material changes will be reflected in the current product experience or updated terms as appropriate. Contact hasdeliveryadmin@gmail.com or 503-349-7253 for support.
